Changing the way people think about business
The founder Victoria had been in business for over 12 years before she created The Business Parents Organization, after feeling alone and struggling with many aspects due to barriers. Victoria wanted to break those barriers down and create a space to help people that struggle to be seen and heard.
Therefore TBPO has been created for parents in business and people who have dyslexia, learning difficulties and are neurodiverse like autism and ADHD. including mental health difficulties, all issues that Victoria has experience with.
This means that TBPO is unlike any other ‘business’ out there, its created from experience and does not use white label templates that have been re-sold, all items have been made from the heart, with her training, experience and knowledge and made with dyslexic friendly font, avoiding bright white paper and graphics, allowing for it to be easier for people with learning difficulties, who get overwhelmed with colours and graphics.
We aim to expand to create Braille notebooks, large print and ather disabled friendly items, because we believe everyone should have access to high quality content and support to do something they love and to work at their ability.
Our business goals
Having only been founded in 2022 and are a new business, we are still in the process of creating our workbook guides and planners, that been said we have plans to expand and have a variety of tools available.
This includes our networking app hub, mini books, stickers for our planners and making our range more accessible for all, including braille notebooks, large print and coaching.
We hope to help as many people we can reach their business goals and dreams, with an open and supportive network that is non-discriminatory and open for all. Our ‘Marketing your business’ workbook guide goes through all you need to do to understand marketing and gives lots of ideas from content, through to scripts and selling techniques, action plans and trackers included to skyrocket your marketing and get your business seen!
Our ‘Mindset matter’ journal will help you through imposter syndrome, boosting your confidence and low self esteem to help elevate your mood and outlook when struggling mentally to run your business. A must have for any business owner that is struggling.

Networking and connection for all
We understand that being self employed can be lonely, especially if you work for yourself.
Our networking group is set out to facilitate parents in business; we know there are many small business groups out these, especially on facebook. But we are specifically for working parents, because we understand the added juggle of being a parent and a business owner.
Our group is a safe place to vent, get support and ideas for your business. we aim to ensure that it is click free and encourage everyone to join, so they are not left out; because there is nothing worse than feeling like you are alone.
We hope to grow our community and create a forum hub, where there will be industry specific groups, because we understand that you may need additional help for your niche and industry, that might not be applicable to all. We aim to have industry mentors to help facilitate the groups, so that there are experts in the field to help guide start up businesses and struggling business owners.
